Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Zeno Functional Foods, LLC (“Zeno”). If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know by sending an email to contact@zenofunctionalfoods.com. We will be make every effort to resolve your issue and either exchange your purchase or issue a refund. The following policies apply to all returns:

  • Returns of individual bars are not accepted; only purchases of one or more boxes of 12 bars will be processed.
  • Returns will be processed only if received by Zeno within 1 month of their delivery to you.
  • Returns will be processed only if a maximum of 2 bars are missing from each box of 12 bars purchased.
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for any shipping associated with your exchange /refund.
  • Exchanges or returns should be mailed to:

After we receive your package, we will process your request and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used with your purchase and within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, items will be shipped within 7-10 business days at no additional expense to you.

The SOBAR is subjected to extensive quality assurance procedures to maintain our high standards. However, if you find that a bar has some form of defect, please send us a photo via an email so that we can evaluate the problem and attempt to prevent it from ever happening again. Zeno will either replace the bars or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
